All content, software, design, branding, and intellectual property associated with Sweepr — including but not limited to the protocol name, logo, application interface, routing engine, smart contracts, written content, and visual assets — is owned by or licensed to Sweepr and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Sweepr-owned material is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

2. Protected Works

The following works are protected under this copyright notice:

Protocol name & brand"Sweepr" and "sweepr." as a brand identifier, including all stylized versions of the name and logo mark

Application UI/UXThe visual design, layout, interaction patterns, and user interface of the Sweepr web and mobile applications

Routing engineThe proprietary swap routing and liquidity aggregation logic that powers the Sweepr dust conversion protocol

Smart contractsAll smart contracts deployed by Sweepr on Solana, Base, and Monad, including their architecture and implementation

Brand assetsLogo files, color system, typography, icon set, OG images, and all other visual brand materials

Written contentDocumentation, marketing copy, pitch materials, blog posts, and all text authored by Sweepr

Motto & taglines"Dust in. Value out." and all associated product taglines created by Sweepr

API & SDKThe Sweepr API design, documentation, and any SDKs or integration libraries published by Sweepr

3. Permitted Use of Brand Assets

You may reference Sweepr in editorial, journalistic, or educational content using accurate descriptions of the protocol. The following uses require prior written approval from Sweepr:

Using the Sweepr logo or brand mark in any product, marketing material, or public communication
Implying partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with Sweepr
Creating derivative works of any Sweepr brand asset
Using Sweepr's name or marks in domain names, social media handles, or application names

4. DMCA & Infringement Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in connection with the Sweepr protocol or application in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information to hello@sweepr.co:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

We will review all valid infringement notices and respond in accordance with applicable law.

5. Third-Party Credits

Sweepr's application and protocol may incorporate third-party open source software, fonts, or design resources. Where required by their respective licenses, appropriate credit is given. A full list of third-party attributions is available upon request at hello@sweepr.co.

6. No Waiver

Failure by Sweepr to enforce any provision of this copyright notice shall not be deemed a waiver of Sweepr's rights. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Sweepr.
