Summary: Sweepr grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Sweepr protocol and application for personal and commercial dust conversion purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or build competing products using Sweepr's proprietary technology without explicit written permission.

1. Overview

This License Agreement ("License") governs your use of the Sweepr protocol, software, smart contracts, APIs, and associated documentation (collectively, the "Software") provided by Sweepr ("Licensor").

By accessing or using any part of the Sweepr protocol or application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this License, Sweepr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Access and use the Sweepr web application and mobile application for personal or business dust conversion purposes
Interact with the Sweepr smart contracts deployed on Solana, Base, and Monad for the purpose of converting token balances
Integrate Sweepr's public API into your own application, subject to the API Terms of Use

3. Permitted Uses ✓ ALLOWED

Using Sweepr to convert your own dust token balances into liquid assets
Embedding or linking to Sweepr via official integration methods (SDK, API, Mini App)
Referencing Sweepr in research, editorial, journalistic, or educational content
Building applications that call the Sweepr API or smart contracts, provided such use complies with Sweepr's API Terms
Operating a B2B integration as a licensed Sweepr ecosystem partner

4. Restrictions ✗ NOT ALLOWED

You may not, and may not permit others to:

Copy, fork, reproduce, or distribute the Sweepr frontend, backend, or smart contract source code without explicit written permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Sweepr proprietary routing engine or aggregator
Create derivative works or competing products based on Sweepr's proprietary technology
Use the Sweepr name, logo, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorized by Sweepr's Brand Guidelines
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the protocol
Use the protocol for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Sweepr's application or API beyond normal usage
Resell access to Sweepr's services without a formal partnership agreement

5. Open Source Components

Portions of the Sweepr protocol may incorporate open source software. Such components are governed by their respective open source licenses (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0) and are not subject to the proprietary restrictions described in Section 4. A list of open source components used in Sweepr is available upon request at hello@sweepr.co.

6. Smart Contract Transparency

Sweepr's smart contracts deployed on Solana, Base, and Monad are published on-chain and may be inspected by anyone. Publication of smart contracts on a public blockchain does not constitute a grant of license to copy, modify, or redeploy those contracts for competing purposes. The on-chain code is provided for transparency and verifiability only.

7. Protocol Fee

Sweepr charges a 2% protocol fee on each successful sweep transaction. This fee is automatically deducted from the output value of each sweep. By using the protocol, you acknowledge and accept this fee structure. Gas costs are paid separately by the user at the prevailing network rate.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SWEEPR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROTOCOL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VULNERABILITIES.

DECENTRALIZED PROTOCOLS CARRY INHERENT RISKS INCLUDING SMART CONTRACT VULNERABILITIES, NETWORK CONGESTION, AND PRICE SLIPPAGE. YOU USE THE PROTOCOL AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWEEPR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PROTOCOL.

10. Termination

Sweepr may revoke your license to use the protocol at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, 9) shall survive.

11. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this License shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
